At NoorWall.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in offering premium-quality wall décor, mirrors, and calligraphy art. However, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return or refund:
  • The item must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • It must include all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  • Your request must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • If these conditions are not met, the return may not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide complete instructions for returning your parcel.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and safe delivery of the parcel back to us.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as needed.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items (e.g., Eid, Seasonal, Clearance, or Promotional sales)
  • Products damaged due to mishandling by the customerNote: No return or refund is accepted for customized designs made specifically for you.
  • 🔄 Exchanges
  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please first return the original product after approval.
    Once we receive it, you can place a new order for your desired item.
    A 35% restocking and handling charge will apply for exchanges.
  • 💰 Refund Process
    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about approval.
    If approved:
  • 30% of the original amount will be deducted for handling & processing.
  • The remaining amount will be refunded via your preferred payment method.
  • Refunds usually take 3–12 business days to process, depending on your bank.
